   • The employer must currently be, or have plans to be, doing business as an employer in the U.S. and at least one other country.
      

2. Employee Requirements
    

   • The employee must have worked for the foreign company for at least one continuous year within the last three years before applying.

   • The employee must be seeking entry to the U.S. to work in a managerial, executive, or specialized knowledge capacity.
